Shipping fees are calculated upon order completion.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving the product, provided it is:

Opened or used products are not returnable (for hygiene reasons).

The customer bears the shipping costs for returns or exchanges (unless the store is at fault).
